It doesn't have to be complicated to be healthy, delicious or decadent!
here's my 5 minute weekend breakfast that the kids love, cleans up easy, and fills everyone with some amazing nutrients....no need to take a nap after this one from food coma
Ingredients -
frozen protein waffles - i use Kodiak brand - link at bottom
any kind of berry you want! strawberries are always a hit, but you can also use chopped up apples with some cinnamon on them
homemade coconut whipped cream
1 can coconut CREAM (not milk)
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbls xylitol or maple syrup
Put can in fridge for 15 minutes-1hr. Spoon out the hardened cream from can (save extra liquid for cooking like curries and soups). Put in a bowl with other ingredients and whip until your cream is light and fluffy. Keep this in a closed container in your fridge!
